Manuel Antonio Beach

Interesting rock formations off the coast.

More beach and rocky island.

Somebody parasailing.

They must have been parasailing from this boat as this one had been up and was now landing.

Beach, looking the other direction

Looking back at the big rock island.

This is from the first area of beach we came to. Laurie went swimming. I just stayed on shore. It was shady as there are a lot of trees. But by later in the afternoon, the shade is gone, and it is quite hot.

Looking the other direction.

Another shot of the parasailer. This was on the second stretch of beach we came to.
Posted by PicasaThese weathered tree branches look like some oversized deer antlers.

Wow, it looks like you have that beach all to yourselves (besides the parasailer)!

There were really a lot of people when we first got there, but then we walked across an isthmus to another part of the park and there weren't as many people.
