I read about that explosion in the paper. What time did it shake your house and what did you think it was? I also heard on the TV about an earthquake on the Nevada Utah border that was suppossed to have been felt along the Wasatch front.
Shook my house too. I didn't realize what it was, and didn't think too much about it till I was invited to the facebook group, "I Felt and Heard the Explosion at the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Co." Ya, that's how we hear news these days, right? I ran down there with my camera as soon as I could (I am a newsman) but by the time I got there, the only thing to see was ambulances, firetrucks, and cop cars blocking off the perimeter. I must have slept through the Nevada quake (2nd time I've done that), but we covered it on the daily news. Pretty serious for the people in Nevada.

Whoa! That explosion sounds serious and scary. Glad you acted like the true reporter, Austin.
that is scary.
We thought it must have been a train, because it was far enough away that we didn't see any smoke or fire.
