Last month when the landlord came for the rent, Laurie complained about the heat. I told you it got a lot hotter during April. So he called back a little later and said he could have a room air conditioner installed for our bedroom if we would pay half. So Laurie said yes! This is the new AC and it does put out a lot of cool air. Laurie says it will probably up our electric bill a lot so we don't run it very much. But it sure is nice to go into a hot bedroom and cool off when you need a cool breeze. Just the regular breeze from the fans and the open doors and windows help in the rest of the house, but the colder air sure is nice.
