In The Grand Tradition with the Grand PuhBah

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve 2007, and carried on the long tradition of reenacting the Nativity, even though we were short on actors, we made do. Dallas played both Joseph and the Shepherd, and Grandpa Craig even introduced his own character this year, the Grand Puhbah. We're not really sure how he fit in, but he read the story, and came with the Wise Men. We were glad to have him, and Hallie found a fun new word in PuhBah and added it into the story whenever she could. Hallie has been waiting all Christmas season to play the role of Mary, and liked it so much she announced she wants to be Mary for Halloween. Grandma took charge of the beautiful music, made even better with her brand new baby grand piano. Nancy, who you will not see in the pictures, filled her spot behind the camera trying to direct the action. Angela took her namesake and played the beautiful Angel in pink, while Travis, Austin and Brian played the wise men. I wish I could say that they gave a wonderful rendition of We Three Kings, but it was a little lacking, and needs some work before next year's production. I'm sure they will get right on that. Dinner was delicious, and Mom made a beautiful British Trifle, and her famous Christmas Breakfast Casserole for Christmas morning. If you want the recipe too bad, it's just a little of this and a little of that, and somehow it turns out amazing, same for the trifle.

Bagley Christmas in Pine

Christmas in Pine was awesome! I love getting away for Christmas where we can focus on the blessings of family and togetherness time. Our theme this year was games, games and more games. Wii fun, Karoke revolution, the Name Game, Ticket to Ride and WhoKnew were sampled and enjoyed by all! Allow these pictures to describe what a Pine Christmas is all about:
Woodland Wonders

Outdoors with Cousins
Preparing the Feast
Enjoying the Fruits of our Labors

Christmas Eve p.j.s from Grandma Craig
Bearing Gifts (Hand lotion always a favorite)

It was actually too cold for much outdoor time (below freezing temps and no snow to tromp around in convince me to stay indoors by the fire!)

After returning back to the Valley we participated in Baby Berlin's blessing (Leisel, new mom is third from the left).

My wonderful Sister in Laws
Beautiful People, inside and out

It's been a great Christmas for the Bagley Family.
Hope all is well with all of you.
Much Love,
Becky

Disneyland

He soundly defeats his nemisis, Darth Vadar.
Meeting some Incredible Characters
Touring the Jungles of Adventure Land,
Dodging spraying elephants and headhunters.

Yikes! The personality quiz at the Sorcerer's Workshop says mom is most like the Wicked Queen from Snow White! Ha ha ha ha!
Disneyland is a most magical place! It can even make my kids so tired they fall asleep in record time!

Great time had by all.
When do we get to go back??

OUR Tree

Dan and Justin cut this one down before I started working at the lot. It's a good little tree. Merry Christmas.

PhotoBooth Entertainment

Katie,
As you can see from our morning session, photobooth is the answer to your stay at home insanity woes. Its simple enough that Walker could even do it himself!
Sam just morphed himself into two heads. Instant Best Friend!

Really, though, do you have a rotating playdate scheduled with him and some neighborhood kids? Sam does one and we only host once a month. Its the highlight of his whole week!

Good Luck!

Becky, Sam and Sophie

aaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

I need your help. It's Wednesday afternoon and I have 2 very energetic boys that I don't know what to do with! We've already ridden our bikes at the park (yes Nancy, it's really cold outside) watched Nemo, swept the kitchen floor, vacuumed, played trains, playdough, painted.... you know the list. I don't know what to do with them these days. Walker stopped taking his nap at the same time that Truman became a one napper. NOW I have a lot more time with the boys and a lot less FREE time. I think I am slowly becoming insane. We can only ride our bikes in the almost freezing temperature for so long. It's not like I have two girls that I can sit and play dolls with or play dress up. These guys like to run around, wrestle, go elk hunting, fishing, and Walker on several ocassions has informed me he'd rather be outside in the cold than couped up in the house. Not this girl son! I like to be inside where it's nice and toasty! With a wheat pillow in my lap, some marino wool socks and a pipping hot cup of cider.

I think it's mostly this guy that makes life so "exciting" these days:

What we need is a kid-sized gerble wheel. Maybe that will be the next Puj invention!

Happy Birthday Travis

We are sure that Nancy and the kids have come up with some fun way for you to celebrate your birthday. Perhaps you were treated to some delectable gingerbread cookies? Anyways, our thoughts are with you for a Happy Birthday. Maybe we can celebrate a little further when you come for Christmas. It has snowed a lot today and is still snowing, so think of something involving snow. Have Fun. Love, Laurie and Pam
